Champ Special :- Happy Birthday, "MS DHONI"

Mahendra Singh Dhoni is a cricket legend, a true gentleman, a leader, a finisher, a brand, a great human being, person with the cleverest brain, and ..... but,

What defines MS Dhoni the most?

MS Dhoni

According to me, "MSD is one of the coolest person, who is 'keeping' the hopes, pride and glory of Indian cricket from last 14 years". His on-field performances make him a cricketing legend, but his off-field personality and behaviour give him a tag of a true gentleman.
Our 'captain cool' will be going to celebrate his 37th birthday on the 7th of this July.

He gave everything to Indian cricket in last 14 years. Those ICC trophies (T20 world cup, ODI world cup & CT2013), countless match-defining knocks, electrifying wicketkeeping moments and a lot more.

Sourav Ganguly gave us the confidence to win in overseas conditions while Msd gave us the confidence to rule the world cricket. The first time India ranked no.1 in tests was in 2009 under his captaincy. Those 3 ICC trophies in 3 different conditions show this man's brilliance & contribution to Indian Cricket.

From a 'son of a middle-class family' to 'Railways TTE' to 'the most successful captain of Indian cricket', his journey has been phenomenal. These honorary awards & appreciation says it all about MSD;

He always loves to do unexpected things. That's why every MSD fan says, "Anhoni ko honi karde, hmara apna Dhoni". In 2007, no one was even talking about India in T20 WC2007. And then what happened under his leadership every knows that. An inexperienced and young Indian side in  2013 also won the champions trophy with total domination. Recently CSK's 'old-aged' team even outshined young legs of IPL under his captaincy.

MSD's journey with CSK has been magnificent. His journey with CSK always gives you a view of a 'great king', who is doing everything for his people's pride and glory for a long time. He has a tremendous fan following in southern India and people gave him an honour of "Thala". CSK won 3 IPL titles on 9 appearances under his captaincy. "Dhoni without CSK and CSK without Dhoni", is not possible.

At the age of 37, no one can still question MSD's wicketkeeping skills. But few experts were continuously questioning on his batting performances over the last 2-3 years. But if you look back, you will find that most of the best knocks of his career came in this period. His 65 against Sri Lanka in Dharamshala and 134 against England in Cuttack, says it all. His experience and master-brain behind & in front of the wicket are invaluable. Hope India will win this 2019WC for MS Dhoni.

Time is passing away continuously, and MSD's retirement is also coming closer and closer. For all MSdians, that moment will be the toughest of their life. Hope he will play & stay fit as long as possible.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY  "MS Dhoni"
