India is in deep trouble now. They could have won the first test, which was followed by a disgraceful loss at Lord’s. Everything is going wrong for India on this English tour. Hope they will bounce back after India’s Independence Day and show them, Why they are world no.1 test side in this world.

Virat Kohli admitted after Lord’s test defeat that the team combination went wrong and they missed the 3^rd seamer. He was right, Kuldeep’s selection was totally unpredictable and wrong. But if we look back, the first day of the second test was washed out. So why team management and the captain didn't change their team combination and strategy after looking at wet and seaming conditions.

Still India bowled well.

In the third test at Nottingham, they can go with Rishabh Pant and Karun Nair for Dinesh Kartik and Hardik Pandya. Jasprit Bumrah’s availibility for the third test strengthens the Indian pace attack. Hope Indian team management and Virat Kohli will do so and the result will be in India’s favour.

James Anderson has picked 13 out of those 37 with an outstanding average of 10.31. He is just 11 wickets away from becoming the greatest and most successful fast bowler in the history of test cricket. Chris woakes played his career best on lord’s. And now the hero of the first test match, Ben Stokes is also coming back in the team. This will make India’s work even harder in the rest of the test series.

This series is going in a one way, if India win this test match at Trent Bridge, Nottingham, then this India v/s England test series will turn out to an absolute thriller.
